two
3 2-hour classes broken up over the course of 3 weeks. This option is best for families in their second or early third trimester who prefer short spurts of weekday learning.
THE SERIES
1 7-hours class. This option is best for families later in their pregnancy who prefer to stay awhile to get all the learning done in a day during a weekend.

Nope. This class is designed to be suitable for all types of births: at home, hospital or birth center
Can my partner come?
Yes! Attendance of your partner or someone you trust is highly encouraged.
What techniques do you teach?
I don't subscribe to any specific framework. I teach you how to work with your nervous system.

When should I take a birth class?
I recommend taking a class mid second trimester and forward. It's never too late, but can be too early.
